The Service conducted a training for employees of the National Archives of Georgia


A training was conducted for employees of the National Archives of Georgia on the changes outlined in the new law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.

Deputy Head of the Department of Planned Inspections of the Service - Avtandil Lepsveridze informed the employees of the National Archives on the following important topics: Grounds and principles of data processing, rights of data subjects, notification of incident, data protection impact assessment, data security, Data Protection Officer Institute and its importance, administrative offences and their review procedure.

The trainings lasted for two days, with two different groups and in total attended by up to 120 employees of the National Archives.
