Submit a notification

If you have information regarding an alleged offence and you wish to notify it to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, you can submit a notification with the use of this page. First, you must fill in the “notification” field and provide us with detailed information about the content, location, date of the offence and details of the alleged offender. When sending a notification, it is recommended to provide contact information, for us to be able to contact you when necessary. However, if you wish to remain anonymous, you only need to fill in one field.
