We share with you the guideline recommendation adopted by the “European Data Protection Board” (EDPB) regarding the processing of personal data according to the “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR).
The translation of the guideline was prepared within the framework of the project of the Regional Foundation of the Eastern Partnership for Public Administration of the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) and is an unofficial translation.
The purpose of the prepared translation is to establish the European standards of personal data protection in practice and to interpret the new legal arrangement in accordance with the recommendations developed by the “European Data Protection Board”.
It should be noted that the Georgian language translation of the mentioned recommendation will be posted on the official page of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
