Head of the Department of the Planned Inspections, Sofio Shamugia and the Deputy Head of the same Department - Avtandil Lepsveridze introduced the novelties to the participants of the meeting.

Data processing, principles, rights of the data subject, profiling, porting, audio and video surveillance, data protection of a deceased person, data protection impact assessment, personal data protection officer, changes in sanctions and failure to comply with statutory service requirements. also the incident and the obligation to report to the personal data protection service.
