The Personal Data Protection Service has completed the first cycle of trainings meant to outline the changes introduced by the new law of Georgia.

Representatives of the Service conducted the trainings weekly for stakeholders in physical and online formats.

In total, up to 1400 people were trained as a result of 17 sessions.

The general course on the issues outlined by the law On Personal Data Protection was aimed at the private and public sectors, representatives of law enforcement bodies and other persons responsible for data protection.

In addition to the above-mentioned formats, in order to familiarize with the changes provided by the new law, the Service continues to hold training sessions in Tbilisi and other regions for public and private institutions, as well as for any person interested in data protection, directly, via telephone and online formats.
