Happy Europe Day!

On the occasion of Europe Day, the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia hosted the 33rd European Spring Conference of Data Protection Authorities.

The Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia remains committed to upholding the common European values.

As part of the harmonization process with the European Union, we continue to strengthen institutional development, implementation of European standards, and enhancement of international cooperation. In line with these efforts, a comprehensive reform of the personal data protection legislation has been carried out.

“The law not only strengthens the rights of data subjects but also positions Georgia as a trusted partner on the global stage,” stated Dr. Dr. Lela Janashvili, the President of the Service.
